We haven't been at this a while

Hey fellow pet owners and art lovers!

Are you curious on how us painting pups got to where we are, making pet portraits with pens, pencils, and brushes? We practiced! That's the short answer, but we think you should to know more. We are only 2 year old rescues, and don't know much about the business world, but we think that there are so many businesses out there who make and sell their art for way more than they need to sell for. As pups, we think that every owner should have a portrait of their own beloved pet hanging on their walls. It's not fair to have family portraits of just humans. We wanted to make that happen by putting our incredible skills to use. Believe it or not, this entire business idea came form two colorful portraits that were not too technical. We had fun with these and decided that it would be amazing if we could make more cute, funny, or stunning portraits for other people. shortly after we started, we realized that it would be a great opportunity to give back. We were both adopted through incredible rescue programs. We made it a priority to donate 50% of our profits to local shelters. As we progress, we plan on making donations to more, but for right now we are donating to the Humane Society in SW Washington, where Bruce was adopted from. We know that 50% looks big, and it's a HUGE percent, but our goal is not to make profit, but to spread joy in whatever way we can, whether that is a portrait or new treats! Maybe, we do want to save our money though for those big Bully Sticks and kibble bags!
